Tonight

Tonight I'd like to start off in Hero's Pose, maybe a few minutes there before we move onto some flow. We haven't done pyramid or revolved pyramid for a while, so look out for that.

I'm also going to check in about our 30-day challenges; let's re-commit to meditating, eating fruits and vegetables, getting enough sleep, and doing a little movement every day!
